Guarantee, spare parts, after-sale service and maintenance

We understand how important it is to minimize any down time for repairs or maintenance to your BUSE blasting equipment. 

That is why Thermo Blast and each of our agents are fully stocked with all spare parts for the BUSE blasting equipment.   We are also authorised by BUSE Germany to undertake any repair or maintenance work required on your equipment.   As we have all the necessary technical information and circuit diagrams available, we are also able to instruct a technically qualified mechanic or electrician to undertake any maintenance or repairs on our behalf, should you require immediate repair work or are located in a remote area of Australia.

We also have spare parts on hand to service various competitors' dry ice blasting equipment.

A 12 month manufacturer's guarantee is offered on the unit, accessories and pelletiser.  Any guarantee repairs and parts will be performed/supplied by Thermo Blast, or our agents, free of charge.

Maintenance on the blasting unit is due every 500 operation hours.   Maintenance on the pelletiser is due every 1,000 operation hours.
